KVK's 1st class opinions needed!

I have here a KVK 1st class ohne schwettern (mm 50) and a KVK 1st class mit schwettern(unmarked).
I can make a great deal on them, so thats why I need some expert opinions.
I don't see anything wrong with them at first sight.
I know the story, if it sounds to good to be true, it might be just that.
Can you guys tell me if they are original or not?

The KVK 1. Klasse mit schwettern has all the features of an unmarked Julius Bauer.
The KVK ohne scwettern concerns me the most, I only found one example with mm 50 and it has a different pin and hinge.

Hi Steven,
The KVK mit Schwerten might be a Julius Bauer but the pin isn't from this maker so it might be a replacement, can you take any angled shots of the hinge so we can see the construction please?
The cross marked '50' I believe is a fake cross. Comparing other crosses from this maker, the makers mark is very different and the very crude trimming around the central wreath is very poor and I haven't found another with this feature. All the others I've looked at are finished well and with neat, tidy trimming.

That's correct Nick, all the originals I've seen have the makers mark stamped running parallel to the length of the pin. The font on originals is also alot thicker.

That's what I was afraid of, also when you look at the KVK ohne schwettern at an angle, the pebbles have blank spaces between them and one of the legs is slightly off-centre.
For the KVK mit schwettern the pin might be the only issue, as it looks a bit narower than the one shown by Gerrit in the "KVK appreciation thread".
I'll make the requested pictures this evening.

As requested the pictures of the hinge, pin and catch.
if you guys could take a look?
I saw something else, one of the sword tips is a bit off, you can see it on the new pictures(the last one).

Thank you for the additional pics Steven.
An original Bauer with a replaced pin IMO. Now I have my files to hand, here's my Bauer for comparison. You can see the sword point is off on mine too.
