Nazi medals opportunity
I have the opportunity to buy a presentation lot of WWII and pre war Nazi medals ~
The price is more than reasonable and are part of a deceased estate ~
But there is no verification ~
The only one I can see had any reverse marking is the Iron Cross ~
What am I looking for to verify authenticity
I err on the side of sceptical ~ if they are the real deal the price of $250 AUD would seem way too cheap in fact ~

I'm guessing #2 is a fake ! - It's posing as a Knights Cross
of the Kriegs Verdienst Kreuz, which are quite rare.
The Mecklenberg-Schwerin Cross is the equivalent of
the Iron Cross II for that State - that one is good
IMO, but has the wrong ribbon on it.
-
The collectors armory ( Gold Coast War Museum ) in Queensland used to openly advertise lots of stuff like the second one ( for years and years ) so it could well have been a 1970's fake from there?

The Knight's Cross has very poor detailing to it. It is, almost certainly, not original, and so is worthless. The Mecklenberg-Schwerin Cross by itself is not worth anywhere near the asking price. What are the other pieces in the lot?

Thanks for the prompt and immediate feed back ~
Here is the entire compliment of medals ~

The only one of any value has been painted. Not worth
much at all this lot. The rest seem to be fakes as well.
I'd pass to be honest.........

Although, I could use that 1939 Knights Cross copy.........
