Or polished. . .
The number appears to be 2550630, which would indicate manufacture at the Moscow Mint, 1945, and, as aforementioned, probably awarded early to mid 1945.

Excellent and a nice price.
Next step is to get it researched. Sadly this will now cost about £40 due to the exchange rate. But it is well worth doing. Auke is the man for this.
