I have been meaning to show my collection for some time. I will start with my Red stars. The three on the cardboard strip are all to the same person, Two are wartime and the third is a post war long service award. All other stars are war time issue. Any questions, please ask.

Hi top right is the earliest, serial no 372084 awarded for operations in the area of Kiev if my memory serves. Its part of a grouping of 3 red stars, Order of the red banner and combat merit medal awarded to a colonel which I purchased from a forum member earlier this year.

I really like these, problem is you just cant seen to have one. As they can still be had reasonably cheaply I keep seeing a nice ww2 one and think that one more in the collection wouldnt hurt. Problem is I am also like this now with soviet ww2 excellent badges.

Looks great, I just can't say no to a good red star. Sounds like you picked up a good grouping to.

    Cheers

Three to one man is very impressive! Very nice.
