Order of the Red Star #1343945
Hi guys.
Just got this in the mail today too.
Serial number #1343945.
I think It has been cleaned, and sadly the arm at 12 o´clock has been professionally repaired. Is hard to see. But with different light angle difference can be seen.
Any information is welcome.

Manufactured 1945, Moscow mint, and I agree, it has been polished. It's worth researching, and, I am guessing, was probably awarded spring, 1945.
