Short, concrete description of his feat of arms or accomplishments:
He has been serving in the 176th Independent Antitank Battalion since 1943 as a battery commander. During his time in the battalion he showed himself one of the most disciplined, competent, and cultured officers. He is demanding of himself and his subordinates and he displays great concern for his subordinates. He commands authority among his men and his fellow officers in the battalion. During the springtime inspection he received an excellent evaluation, which was also shown during a combat mission on Sakhalin Island. Comrade Avramenko’s battery fought its way to the port of Otomari without suffering any losses in men or materiel.
As an artillery officer he is superbly trained and well versed in politics. He is dedicated to the cause of the Party of Lenin and Stalin and the socialist motherland. He deserves the Order of the Red Star.
