Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
During the regiment’s combat operations 6.10.44 – 20.10.44 to penetrate the Hungarian border and subsequent operations in to capture Mike-Perc on the approach to Debrecen, Comrade Sutydze displayed exceptional bravery and heroism.
In the vicinity of Mike-Perc the enemy often counterattacked, firing heavy artillery fire. The regiment’s command required continuous communications with its subordinate elements for proper leadership in repelling the enemy counterattacks. Comrade Sutydze always provided timely radio communications with the subordinate units, thus enabling the success of the overall mission.
For bravery and valor displayed and for providing continuous radio communications, Comrade Sutydze is deserving of the Order of the Red Star.

Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
While in combat against the German-fascist invaders radio operator Guards Sergeant Sutydze displayed valor and bravery.
While under heavy enemy first on 28.3.45 during fighting for the populated area of Dvora Comrade Sutydze provided uninterrupted communications between the regiment and the division headquarters.
On 2.4.45 while fighting for Pezinok under enemy fire in difficult conditions, Comrade Sutydze provided uninterrupted communications, thus enabling the successful accomplishment of the regiment’s combat mission.
Comrade Sutydze is deserving of the Order of the Red Star.

I find the reasons for the awards interesting. Usually it is (or something like) - "WHILE UNDER INTENSE FIRE, COMRADE XXX SHOWED GREAT BRAVERY DESTROYING TWO ENEMY MACHINE GUN EMPLACEMENTS AND A COMMAND POST WITH GRENADES KILLING 37 ENEMY COMBATANTS"...
