hELLO ..I WAS OFFERED THIS ONE..i think it dates june/july 1943...so if someone could maybe put a fair price on it i would be gratefull...also the time of issue

Unusual serial number engraving style. The enamel may have been replaced. I'd say it's a spring 1943 award with a value of roughly $200.
