Nahkampfspange in Bronze, FLL, Friederich Linden, Ludenschied

Article about: Here is a new addition to my collection. It has a bit of wear and retains most of it's bronze finish. Ralph.

    A superlative looking piece. I think you'd be hard pressed to ifind an improvement on that gem. The sharp photos really do it justice. Excellent lighting on the shots. Jeff B.

    I love the photography Ralph, I have access to my wifes studio and equipment, how did you shoot this piece?

    I take my photos in a basement room with one overhead flourescent fixture. When I am taking photos, I check to see if there is too much glare. If there is, I simply suspend a piece of cheese cloth beneath the fixture to soften the amount of light. I use a 6 meg. Panasonic Lumix camera and take them as close and steady as I can. The rest is done with Microsoft Digital Imaging software.

    Thanks, I figured you were using a softbox but cheesecloth works as well.
