Nahkampfspange in Bronze, Juncker
Hi Guys,
A few weeks ago I required your opinion in my post "real souval or fake?". Your positive opinions led me to buy some medals to add in my very small collection.
The Nahkampfspange that the guy sold me wasn't the one on the announce (he had already sold this one), but a "Junker" that seems quite nice to me.

I bought as well a EK1 and I enjoyed a nice and interresting conversation with the guy who is an experienced collector of german military awards.

A Juncker Nahkampfspange is always a filler for the collection.

A fine CCC with great bronze finish to it, but are the white spots on it zinc pest?

.......give the clasp a bit Vaseline or a soft oil (Balistol oil).....
Indeed, I'm affraid the Small spots are oxydation marks. I'll try to do something against it.
OK, thank you for the tip, I'll try such a product or a an other one called "Miror"
clean it quick don't leave until later.
After a quick cleaning, it looks better ;-)
It´s a very nice looking Juncker clasp....a bit oxidation from outside is no big problem and your soft cleaning result looks fine too.
