Yep, didn't need to enlarge the pics (but I did for thoroughness!) to see that this is a poor fake at that.
The easiest way to tell ie the most obvious is to look at the texture of the surface, it is clearly cast which it shouldn't be. Also the backplate whilst representing the separate crimped in part of the original it is clearly an integral part of the casting. Seeing these two points one doesn't need to compare it to original patterns or designs. It is just bad. Keep well away from this one.
