I doubt that those specific statistics are available.

Gold CCC numbers should be available & to whom they were awarded & where. I'm sure i've seen them in the past (don't ask me where though). Whether the figures are/were correct, i can't tell you either, sorry. Stewy

The best source for Gold CCC is Manfred Dorrs book on the subject , just over 600 were awarded , as for the Silver and Bronze i've never seen any stats for them,

On Wikipedia (Nahkampfspange) is listed the following information which I have seen many other places. I can not vouch for the accuracy of these statistics:

Number of bronze-grades awarded: ca. 36,400.

Number of silver-grades awarded: ca. 9500.

Number of gold-grades awarded: at least 631.

And, I would ask further-of the 631 Golds that were awarded, how many of those were the Deluxe Gold with the hook and the rivet on the plate?

Thanks, I've found two gold clasps listed for sale so far tonight, neither with any attribution. It would be interesting to learn more considering the rarity.

For what it's worth, I had one a couple of hundred years ago but it's long since been scattered to the 4 winds again. The Deluxe Golds had a small curved hook on the back behind the eagle, like you see on some KM badges, etc. and the backing plate had a little rivet in the middle of it holding it in. The Gold finish was a specially applied fire gilt with a deep rich gold shine and supposedly, these were awarded by Hitler himself personally. They came in a fancy leather case, also. I would imagine they're pictured in Dorrs book, but I don't have much of a library of reference books anymore. I'm sure someone who has a copy could give you better info on them.
