Nahkampfspange and Schützenabzeichen, original or fake?

Here are the last two photographs of items this guy would like to sell to me. Again, I have gotten mixed feedback from two local people who are supposed to know German militaria. What do you think?

I would pass on the Nahkampfspange, but the Schützenabzeichen looks OK.

I agree. The Nahkampfspange seems dodgy. Pass it up.

The Nahkampfspange could well be a 1st pattern, I'd like to see some more detailed shots of the catch, hinge, incused designers mark and the obverse bayonet/grenade area, both from direct-on and at an angle to show signs of hand finishing, if any.
