Sorry Pablo but they are both fakes.
The 'coffin' style pin set-up on the back is a giveaway.
I haven't ever seen that NSKK badge, it may be a fantasy piece?

    Thank you, Glen.

I am pretty sure at least the NSKK badge is bad.

    Cheers

    Hey Lars,

If you look at how the pin is attached to the reverse of the back the shapes looks like a coffin. Whereas this original badge below has a rounded attachment on the rear of the badge. I was always told that if it has a coffin style pin on the reverse then it is a fake.

    Thank you, Glen.

I agree with Glennyboy. Coffin style pin attachment is the trademark of a fake.

    Hi Pablo

I'm afraid the boys are correct, both are bad and with what should be now the "famous" coffin pin plate. Pablo, please have a close look at the enamel on the AH badge and you can see it it bubbled up and not flat. The enamel is very poor and that will be one of the largest cues of a fake. AH 1933 badge are fantasy badges, they never existed. Many collectors have come and gone over the years and nothing has been written about the badge's authenticity. The material, stippling, enamel, font, and borders are quite poor when you look at badges of the era. These are things you will pick-up as you look at these things. The NSKK, also looks poorly made and although I haven't seen one before, It's my opinion it's a fantasy piece or a fake of an authentic piece.

Thanks for the responses. No more on-line auctions for me. I should have known better!

I digress, both are not fakes, both are complete fantasy badges, that have nothing to do with the Third Reich, of the later annexed Protektorat of Böhmen und Mähren.
