A GPB for Greenhorn

Thought you would like this GPB in my collection attributed to SS Standartenfuher Max Sollmann who was the head of Lebensborn, on Himmler's personal staff and also a holder of the Blood Order.

It's a mint+ Deschler with an excellent pedigree! Finds like this are out there still, granted with some luck. I like the button hole device, textbook Deschler. Gongrats, Erich! Did you acquire it with the research already done? If not, it must have been a fantastic surprise to learn whom it belonged to.

A very nice GPB with some historic provenance... thanks for posting! Great condition and, I must say, I love that ornate buttonhole attachment too!

Thanks guys, no I knew who it belonged to when I purchased it and I had additional research done on him after I received it.
