Late war painted party badge for review

Hi guys picked this is up it is returnable if not genuine, described as a late war painted party badge, all the pin is intact and all paint appears to be present, unsure of the maker i tried a quick search with no results, any info or advice is most welcome, ps it is my first one.

Cheers Inka,, but looking at it one ring around the RZM mark and the z is back to front and marked M 7/9?? alarm bells are ringing.
