These photos were published in 'Hitler um Jugend'
Both appear to be from an event 1933 July to sometime in 1934.

Perhaps if someone could identify the uniform the young man is wearing, it might lead to an event date

    status: unsolved
I'm working on the unsolved badges but just saw this over on hj-research.com Looks like it could well be the badge you're after:

Here's another update on the Hitler Mystery Badge challenges
Of the ten we started with, only two remain unsolved

You've done a great job thus far!

Lets examine the final two in closer detail (badge no. 4 and no. 5)

    Mystery Badge no. 4

On his pocket, a shield-shaped badge

Photo taken sometime between 1933 July and 1934 July
A library source claims the photographer was Bochum B. Muthherr

There appears to be only one photograph of this one
Here are several versions of that photo, including a negative print,
    hopefully showing more detail.

    and.........

    Mystery Badge no. 5

Above his pocket: he wears a circular or oval-shaped badge, with a
    flower stuck inside it

Here's a capture made from the film clip of it

Here is a negative reverse of one of the captures:

From a film clip 1933 circa, but dated no later than 1934 July
Possibly a speech given at a Nuremberg church

Here is a link to a brief video clip and gif made of it:

    Nationalist

There appear to be a few Reichsheer officers with him including a
general wearing a full ribbon bar, perhaps someone can identify them or
the SS officer behind Hitler, I don't think its Schaub

    status: unsolved

[ PS: for anyone following this investigation, it turns out the answer to
Mystery Badge no. 7, actually turned out to be Badge no. 9 !! ]

If anyone has suggestions re better forums to place this post, to identify
others in the clip, or to identify the speech via audio heard in the clip,
    please inform here

Feel free to copy this post this into any area you think will help resolve
    these mysteries.

    Good Luck!

Mystery badge #1 is indeed the 5-6 September Gera Thuringin tinnie. This is confirmed by the picture published in the 26 September, 1931/#39 pages 1-3 edition of the Illustrierter Beobachter. Picture credits belong to Heinrich Hoffmann.
