Isn`t this a badge for the NSDStB (National Sozialistische Deutscher Studentenbund)? Perhaps should be marked rzm 1/63?

These types of badges are membership badges from the Nationalsozialistischer Deutscher Studentenbund or National Socialist German Students League if i'm not mistaken. Couldn't find any period photos though.
I found these pictures online. The badge was sold on ma-shops.com. That's all I can add, as these badges are not my speciality.

The NS-Studentenbund insignia is a diamond swastika with red and white detail.

This might represent another student organization but it doesn't jump to mind.
From what I could find this organisation did exist, it even had its own magazine.
