If it has the "conventional" hardwear mounted on the usual depression on the back of the badge to site the pin, it will be bad.

Ade is correct about the first badge being good. Just asked a friend who knows these badges and he almost jumped at me hoping it was mine so he could buy it. Always a good sign.....
Ade, the one I posted is indeed a post war fake, again not mine, simply posted to show the wording on the badge.

Bloody he'll Ade, the one I have has some chipped enamel as you can see in the photo but I paid $30 for it about a year ago! Thanks very much gents, now I'm a happy boy!

Unfortunately it appears to be a fake. Apparently same obverse die used as on the B marked examples. The attachment is also an odd yet very familiar one and it also appears to display the very characteristic whitish residue/oxidation as frequently observed on these fakes (outer perimeter of the pin plate).
