NSDAP Party Badge M1/42 Opinion

Wonder if I could ask your advice on this party badge guys ?
It looks to be original, the only thing I'm not to sure on is the font of the M1/42 & RZM on the reverse, it seems to differ slightly compared to the other examples on the forum, I also wondered if the circuar piece of metal, that retains the pin to the badge, is of any concern too, in that it is solid (unable to see the pin, directly behind ) & again differs from the examples on here for this maker, where the pin is partially exposed ?

Is it possible to tell approx. year(s) of manafacture of this badge at all, through font of the obverse & pin set up, at all ?

All good-- could be anywhere between 1935-42... I guess even later.
