    I borrow this thread, I hope you dont mind.

    I found this pic on a Swedish forum for collectors and the poster stated it as a fake. Is it a bad one?
    It looks poor but I still wonder.

    Hey Wewelsburg, got some data here I posted on a thread I opened just about an example of mine similar to the one you showed there:

    This is a 23,5 mm version of the Fritz Zimmermann M1.72 NSDAP Parteiabzeichen, which means that, it's a 1935 badge.

    Till this point, I know about the existence of 2 types of M1.72 NSDAP Parteiabzeichen by Fritz Zimmermann:

    1 - 23,5mm version from circa 1835
    2 - 23,2mm version from 1935 to 1945


    So, I belive the one you posted up there is an original example.
