The Wurster pin is in extra fine condition and it's a lapel pin. When I was at the last military show, the lapel pins were $50 more than a pin back. I didn't think they were more rare or anything. A Seiler (129) and a Wurster (34). As you are probably aware.

In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig. CE
As far as I am aware, there is no evidence that Seiler ever made party badges. Most regard these M1/129 badges to be fakes from 1970's (look at the Morigi catalogue of fakes from 1970)
This is the info that I got from Parteiabzeichen Archive. Jo really knows his stuff when it comes to party badges.
Tom
Sorry Steve, but I would agree with Tom.
Cheers, Ade.

Green, the buttonhole attachment is definitely less common than the normal pin attachment.
Nice badge Steve. Sorry about the M1/129.
Tom
According to the book "German medal makers and their marks" M1/129 is Seiler & co. issued after January 1939, this comes from Jo Rivet. I'm not trying to cause a drama just sharing what I've got here.
Yes, they are a valid RZM registered company, but (also according to Jo) there is to date absolutely no period proof that they ever made Party badges or Slogan badges for that matter.
I have no idea what it is that they actually did make.
Tom
Ok, got you now. Cheers mate.
So, everyone is saying the 'M1/129' badge is bogus ? ? Crap, thought I had purged
all the fake stuff ! That's ok I guess, as the lapel version came in a rather large
group a couple of years ago and cost almost nothing. Lol, now I can wear
the '129' to KKK meetings and don't have to worry about losing it !
Thanks everyone for your input. But let's not let one bad apple spoil
the whole barrel - keep these party badges coming.........!
