I'd stay away from the badge in question too. But that's just because I don't know them.

However, I've just accidentally found TWO of those on a certain German dealer's website, one priced 350 Euros, the other 375 Euros. They are described as membership badges of the German Youth in Slowakia with reference to Hüsken "Dg 03 a". Maybe someone with that catalog can look it up. But again, as for me, I wouldn't want that badge, be it fake, fantasy, original or whatever else.
