Small golden party badge help please.

I never knew there was a smaller version of the golden party badge but apparently I've stumbled across one for sale. I was wondering if a few of you could help me please and let me know if it's genuine. Thank you. The dealer is reputable but I'd rather double check with people that know what they're talking about.

It's an original Fuess badge with a replaced pin attachment.

Looks like you have a 24mm badge by J Fuess here. Replaced attachment but I'm not seeing any other problems... I don't think the slight double impressing of the first couple of numbers indicate any issues--- I like it.
