Not if the information given is incorrect. We are here to clarify incorrect collector lore. The first armband I bought as a kid in 1956 had two eigentum stamps.

To further clarify the red cross question, individuals in the various political formations wore distinctive sleeve insignia to indicate them as a medic or doctor. They never required an armband to designate their position.
