It's yellow? If so, I'm sorry, but IMO it would be a reproduction. The tag is incorrect as well, of course, IMO. As well, the material and the construction seem to be wrong. Sorry for the bad news.

It is a very poor fantasy design fake. There was never any 3rd Reich armband with silver edge trresse like this one. The RZM SS tag is also fake. The construction does not resemble that of any period piece.
