I would say some type of RAD armband but not one that I have seen either.

The construction looks good so I'm leaning authentic. But honestly have no idea of representation.
I don't know squat about most TR cloth items but if it were not
for the blue stripes, I would say it was some sort of sports piece.
At first glance it reminded me of the Tee shirt eagles.

Yes now that you mention it it does look like a sports eagle.
