Just a question, but why are some Kampftbinde stamped and others not?
Is there any regulation or reason, thanks for your time.

The stamps represent that the piece was issued. It is found in most cases on earlier SA pieces. I once had a RLB officer tunic with a city issue stamp on it. The kampfbinde was worn by both political and some civil organizations. I believe every organization had their own rules when it came to eigentum stamps. It is likely at some later point, the practice was abandoned. When I was a youngster, I had a cotton example stamped "Reichsparteitag 1933" and "Reichsparteitag 1934." I wonder what ever became of it.
