7. Infanterie-Division Wehrmacht Shoulder Boards??

Hi Guys,

I would like to learn a little more about these shoulder boards. I was told they were 7th Infantry Division Wehrmacht. Can anyone confirm that? And as far as construction goes, they came as a set but the board on the right seems darker than the one on the left. Your thoughts on this are appreciated. Thanks, Bob

Hello Bob,
The infanterieregiment 19 indeed belonged to the 7. Infanteriedivision as you can see below :

As for the straps themselves, they're original privately purchased examples. The fact that they're a bit mismatched on the front is a bit unusual (but not a real problem) as tailors usually tried to make them match on visible parts, the mismatched parts (if any) being at the rear...here it's the opposite, they match on the rear but not on the front...
