What color is the piping, yellow or orange? What branch is this?

Looks a bit more like orange than a clear yellow.

I am a bit septic how the buttons are applied and also about the eagle (how it's made) and the lines on the shoulder tabs.

    I got a few other pictures :

Personally i don't see any issues but i'm not an expert. What is bothering you with the buttons? They look fine. Maybe the thread holding them is a bit loose that's why they look this way.

and also about the eagle (how it's made)
The eagle is made of silver bullion. This type was worn by officers. I don't know though if an NCO of this rank could wear this particular type of eagle. Usually for lower ranks this eagle was applied on their tunics

Well, it seems like they have been modified. Not about their authenticity but just how they are applied. It seems like they are applied more on the bordure. We can see the original line where they were applied. I wonder if that's possible to re-apply them correctly...

Indeed that's what I want to explain about the eagle

But I read somewhere some of NCO tunics have the eagle for officers...

Maybe it's just because of loose thread holding them and so they can move left-right. You need to see close up pics of the tunic unbuttoned to have a complete picture of what is going on. What is the asking price?

Well total price is about $850 which is quite reasonable I guess

It is listed on Hermann Historica website. Do you know if that's an honest seller ?
