Same here.

This example was posted on another forum recently, still in the send home letter since the war. Two of them, and he described them as hat bands in the letter, which is stained from the cuff's.

Hey, thanks for sharing this Jerry. Note the "holes" in the R & P - rectangular, both of them. This goes with what Ade was saying about the holes being a different size is not necessarily a must for authenticity.

...In that case there are several versions of original AFRIKAKORPS C/T's as I've not yet seen an original with all matching holes in the R's & P's....
