Any ideas about this Sboot pin unit?

Hi guys, just bought this from Giel. Was wandering if you could give me some more info on these type of pins. Have read that the flotilla had some kind of coat of arms animals, fish. Have not managed to get some specific information on this unit. Have read that maybe the fox related was the S109?, appreciate to hear about your comments, regards, Juan

Hi Bob, have no specific and definite proot yet as to this pin s origin. Have been searching around and those Sboot units among others used animals, fish as their coat of arms. Also Giel states that this is a Sboot unit pin on the description, but again he does not provide what unit does it belong to. Have been also discussing it at the WAF and yet no one seems to manage to reveal its provenance. I enclose the discussion fyi, regards, Juan

Please note that the Italian Navy also used flotilla pins so there is a good chance it could be possibly Italian.
