big KM Lot found today

Got from an house clearance sale some nice things, first of all i want to show this kriegsmarine lot of ober bootsmann of the torpedoboot 108 (t-108), it is a bit more but mostly paper things and letters, what do you think can be the value of this lot?

16 x cap bands
119 photos, postcards album and some of the photografs a signet by ulrich thilo (u-174)
some patches
medals (ek1 and 2, mine batch)
denazified metal eagle
lots of letters
lots of documents and award papers
some privat papers of the soldier (doctor things, aryan proof, and so on)
super nice tabacco tin

sorry for the dark pictures my other cam is broken so i have to use the old one
