Blue yellow and white LW-eagle???

I have never seen any eagle like this?
The bad parts, but I might be wrong.
He who owns it says that the owner died in 1944 and bought by what I assume for relatives.

I've seen off color American patches that were test patches. These were patches they ran through the machines to test the color and all the threads and came out all different colors. This could be the same thing would you post a picture of the back this is an interesting patch
