As per me, this is pioneer hauptman tunic.
A fake one, regarding the matirials and the isignia.
It value... as I said, fake IMO..so ... value = 0

I agree, I'm not into uniforms, but it looks "off" to me. May still be worth something to a reenactor though.

I would want to see better close ups of the shoulder boards and litzen before commenting, but the eagle looks pretty good to me?

The tunic for one thing is not officer grade material. I agree it is 4th Reich. As previously mentioned, better photos of the boards and tabs are needed to judge authenticity.

It is trying to be an other ranks Heer M36 tunic which has been purchased by an Officer for field wear.

Officers could buy these from unit Quartermasters as a cheaper option than wearing a tailor made uniform in the field. They would then have Officers insignia fitted and often some tailoring done to the collar, cuffs, provision for dagger, etc.
