Clueless on this jacket ?!?

Article about: Hi guys, I am more of a German medal collector... But I saw this jacket in a shop today, they shop guy also has no idea what kind of jacket it is.. I'm hoping it might be German in origin..

    I think it is 1970's onwards and is Austrian army and many claim it is for paratroopers, which might be correct, though I am not sure.
