Is this DAK title real?

I have found this title online and would just like to know if its the real deal as i know there are many fakes out there.This guys usually pretty good but a bit curious about these

Well i had better let him know before it sells to the wrong person and he winds up in trouble as its not cheap

Hi Ade,
Thanks for that.I read your thread on them here and can see that certain letters touch each other like they should'nt too.It also looks a bit pale and has that tartan appearance at the back
