Hi everyone,
I'm interested in this Heer Trench coat-
But i don't know what the "S" means?
printed on the inside with the 44-year- of the coat with other numbers.
I know the "M" is used on most trench coats.
p.s i'm not sure what the "M" means too?

Without seeing a photo, the S will probably be for the issueing depot, Stettin and the M is for Munchen.

Whatever its just an opinion.
I forgot to add these pictures-
Ok here are 3 picture's of coat and numbers on the inside- and a pic of the coat from the front & back showing 2 buttons on the tab! (im not good with the names) :P
Please let me know if it's a original German Goodie
Thanks
Maybe by looking at the pictures you might know exactly what this coat is?
To be totally correct, Stettin depot mostly has a ST or STN so S on its own is probably Salzburg.
