    Default eagles on blue background

I purchased a WWII US vet lot and it included some German insignia that I would like some information on -

First one is on its own on cloth/cotton with a blue background. Eagle is 2 1/4 inch wide by 1 inch high.

The other three are together on blue material like nylon 2 inch by 14 1/5 inch long. Each is 4 inch long by 1 1/2 high. Not sure if this is an armband or meant to be cut up (there are vertical lines sewn in between).

What are these 4 insignia from? type of uniform, service? flag?
    Thanks
    Joe

Are insignia more valuable or more collectible if they are unissued or can be traced to a service man,s uniform that saw service in war?

EVERYTHING collectible is more valuable if the former owner can be known. Militaria is no exception. And DO NOT cut the eagles apart. Unless you do not like money.
