    Thanks so much for showing this different varient. Have seen a pic quite some time back of this type, but was not sure it was original or not. Glad to hear of the history of this one. What is that tresse material ?, its unusual. Thanks for your thoughts on the black DAK Ct. Am trying to trace the origin of these. So far it seems they were made by the same maker of some of the ss Ct's, one NZ Vet has some info as to which city it originated but has not been able to find his info either presently. Will continue to look into it.

    Agree if Ade posted this without the provenance it would be labled a fantasy piece. As was the case with those so called "officer's" versions of the Bullion Afrika Ct which though some thought were ok, have turned out to be fantasy items, most of which were made in Pakistan in the 70's....
