Default Engineer Officers Tunic/Weiner Dog Receipt.

I thought I'd post this Officers tunic due to some interesting items I found in the pockets. The overall condition of the jacket and pants are very salty but what makes it interesting is the fact that I found a train ticket and a hand written receipt for a Weiner dog this officer bought for 60 Marks! Luckily my mom is German so she was able to make the translation.

oh cool! I saw this on Time Traveler, wondered who bought it! Where is the train ticket for, what town? Nice find, and a good price considering the condition.

    Haha that's funny, and thanks!
Im not sure, I'll have to ask my mom tomorrow to see if she can point out the exact location. The top of the front says "Koblenzer Elektrizitatswerk und Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft" And it looks like it shows multiple destinations "Nord, Steinsfrape, Wenersburg, Rheinnieder, ect." Then the back says J. Granderath Dusseldorf. Not sure which exactly would be the City the ticket was for.
