Why are these Litzen gray? Am i correct in assuming it's for Propaganda/Kriegsberichter? Thanks for helping out

These are the third pattern Litzen that Are grey on field grey. They are subdued and did not show branch of service.

Thanks Lars!! I collect Heer cloth insignia so I will comment on thing I know about. Sometimes on things I don't know about!!

I really like this tunic!! I am surprised that they sewed the eagle through the lining. Gabardine tunics are very nice and yours is no exception

On the tabs i just assumed they had to be green on white. So l looked up my waffenfarbe folder and saw "Propaganda/Kriegsberichter" on grey. Do you know approx when the 3rd pattern tabs were taken into use? Somehow i think you do
