    I cannot recall seeing one with the black ring around the collar but I think it is good.
    Had good advice? Saved money? Why not become a Gold Club Member, just hit the green "Join WRF Club" tab at the top of the page and help support the forum!

    It is a good example. I believe the black ring around the neck indicates NCO. NH
