German greatcoat - Luftwaffe or Heer?

Is it a Luftwaffe or a Heer greatcoat I've got here?

Color appears to be Luftwaffe. Two things - look inside for stamps in the liner at the chest area and good close ups of the buttons. Some appear to be painted and that is typical of LW uniform buttons. NH
