The eagle shown in post #16 isn't a political eagle, but the first pattern Heer eagle, pre-war. And it would be rarer.
The difference between political and military breaks down to which way the eagle head is facing, right is military, left is political.

Thank you so much for your message! If it is pre war I might have some doubts about it, as I asked for an eagle which was used in the beginning of the war. But I do not think there was a lot of difference between pre war and the beginning of the war Eagle wise or am I wrong?

It would have been used early war also, but the style is the first type issued.
There are some photos of these used on Weimar era hats, I'd also think it would be far rarer then the late-war examples.
It's a much prettier bird.
