German Heer Helmet

Hello fellow collectors!
I saw this german helmet on the market today and well, I have a few conserns, the liner looks like a repro, due to the fact that it's in such good shape.
The decal seems o.k to my own helmet, may I have someone elses opinion also?
I really like this helmet, no doubt about it.
But today they are so good at makings decals, and with these few pictures of the decal (No closeup yet) it looks good IMO.

Any manufacturers stamps? It's hard to tell from the pictures, but if it is legit, I think it's not been used much...

I'm not sure, the seller told me the only number he saw is nr. 3641 in the back of the helmet, and number 64 and 56 which is the size of the helmet.

Looks good to me. Get a picture of the decal, but I think it is right.

Well, the seller have allready packed it and on the way to ship it (a few miles away 50-100)

I hope this is better, well it might be the same picture? :S

Looks like a reissued M35. The pics are poor for verifying the decal as legit. If you are the buyer please post some close ups of the entire helmet, specifically the decal so we can give better opinions. Thanks.

I just noticed something; The first few pictures appear to be an M35, the other seem to be an M40. Can anyone confirm or am I just going blind?
