What is this? I believe the eagle indicates it is Lutwaffe related but I also saw that it could be a political party thing.

Is this authentic? If so, what might it be valued at?

looks more political to me but in a novie still that or potentially kriegsmarine as its brass i would have thought luftwaffe woulda been the standard pattern
