As has been said above, a post-war German tunic.

More precisely, it's from the Bundesgrenzschutz.

The BGS sleeve patch was removed and a Wehrmacht breast eagle added.

The shoulder boards are for the rank of Polizeiwachtmeister im BGS.

The BGS came into existence ca. 1951-2 as a result of the division of Germany and the hybrid war on the inner German border, in the face of the USSR creating the so called KVP, Kasernierte Volkspolizei, which by 1952 was already on its way to having regular tactical order of battle on the Soviet model. The Bw was not fully at arms
until the end of the 1950s, in fact.

Thank you!! And is it a rare piece? So does it worth something without the eagle?
