From these photos, it is an original Waffenrock for an Oberfeldwebel from a very iconic german formation, the 17. Infanterieregiment, with the Hoheitsabzeichen which is an embroidered version for Officers.
Before asking if it's a good investment, you should ask for more detailed photos of all items (i assume that this amount of money is for the all set). If the photos show what is expected for original untouched stuff, then perhaps it could be a good investment...
