He is the soldier to the right, he was also wearing an austrian tunic
as NCO

Hi Guys, I found this photo of Ritterkreuzträger Oberleutnant Siegfried Grabert. He appears to be wearing an Austrian (?) pattern tunic (and tailor made cap). This exact pattern with stand collar is unknown to me.

It could be a M1908 Field bluse, this blouse had the covered buttons and
stand collar
